Every 2nd Saturday in October is National I Love Yarn Day! In honor of the important occasion I would like to share the selection of my favorite yarns with you. These are the yarns I have used most with my crochet projects and have come to love and trust the excellent quality.

Patons Grace – my love of cotton makes this fine mercerized cotton yarn one of my favorites. The yarn is incredibly soft and elegant colors are perfect for different types of projects:
Patons Classic Wool Roving – another all natural gorgeous yarn, it’s perfect for cozy socks because it’s 100% wool and offers soft colors:
Patons Metallic – this one has been my favorite for a long time because the metallic shine of the yarn creates very special and eye-catching items:
Caron Simply Soft Yarn
Caron Simply Soft is amazingly soft and the collection has wide choice of beautiful colors, I go back to this yarn often because it makes really cozy and comfy items, especially hats and beanies:
DMC Natura Just Cotton Denim
This is one the most unique yarns I have worked with and one of the many reasons is because it’s 100% cotton. I love the light blue denim color because I find this one resembling real denim fabric the most out of all other denim-type yarns. No wonder I have found a few special project ideas for this yarn:

Bernat Softee Baby Cotton is light and soft and it is made of 60% cotton and 40% acrylic for enhanced strength and comfort. The cute pastel colors have inspired a few bags:
