I would LOVE to share my favorite Valentine’s Day crochet patterns with you. This collection gives you a beautiful choice of gift ideas for loved ones, because what’s better than a heartfelt gift made by you! The patterns range from easy to intermediate skill level, so you can practice or learn a lot of interesting crochet stitches. Each of these patterns include video tutorial to help you with stitches and techniques.
1. HEART TABLE RUNNER
This stunning heart-themed table runner is made with filet crochet technique and it’s easy enough for beginners to create the beautiful piece for home decoration. And you can adjust the length of it just by adding another pattern repeat. This is my original pattern.
2. VALENTINE DOILY
What’s better than to create romantic atmosphere with crocheting Valentine Doily in pink! This pattern is designed by S. Schidelko and it’s easy to crochet this vintage-style doily.
3. HEART COIN PURSE
I invite you to crochet the cute Heart Coin Purse with me. It will make a nice gift for your loved one to put the Valentine’s surprises inside. This Heart Coin Purse is interesting for two reasons. First, we will use the glass beads to create the heart image. And second, the beads are added on the wrong side of the purse, so we will turn the piece inside out when it’s finished. I will also show you how to attach the frame to the purse.

This cute heart is a design by Garnstudio Drops Design and it’s so quick and easy to make (only 3 rounds!!), you have plenty of time to crochet the coasters for a long Valentine dinner table, or make just two for the special celebration with your significant other.
5. HEART BOOKMARK
Crochet bookmarks are quick to work up and they make excellent gifts to anyone who loves books and reading. With this Heart Bookmark pattern you will learn tapestry crochet technique which is quite easy to master. Plus it’s so fun to crochet an image using two colors of thread. The project uses basic crochet stitches and with somewhat challenging tapestry technique I would say the skill level is easy to intermediate. My original design.

Need a quick pattern for gift bag to put all these special gifts in for your Valentine? This is a perfect pattern because you can complete it in one sitting. And it’s easy to adjust the size of the gift bag just by using bigger size of yarn or adding rounds. My original design.
7. ROMANTIC DOILY
Romantic Doily is elegant and delicate, somewhat vintage at the same time, as a true doily should be! You will learn to crochet different types of clusters and picots in addition to many basic crochet stitches. Skill level is intermediate. My original design.
8. XO BAG
In case you are looking for a bigger project, I invite you to try out this special version of widely popular ‘granny square bag’ with the geometrical design spelling XO. It is intermediate skill level crochet project. It is quite easy to crochet the squares but the stitching of squares will require more effort and skill. My original design.

Here’s a great idea to crochet beautiful Radiating Heart Pillow for the Valentine’s Day. It will make a perfect gift for your loved one or a cozy addition to your home decor. Radiating Heart Pillow is made with tapestry crochet technique which is quite easy.
10. HEART DOILY
If you enjoy crocheting pretty doilies as much as I do, then here is another pattern for you. You have an option to make this doily in one color, then it’s quite easy. If you choose to make it with two colors like I do in my video tutorial, the skill level is intermediate because it requires extra focus to switch two colors of threads while crocheting complex stitches. 11. DANISH HEART
Let this beautiful Danish Heart be a reminder for us to take care of our heart and those of others. The original designer of the Danish Heart is Allison Baker. It is made in basketweave technique but don’t let it scare you, it’s super easy and perfect project for beginners and advanced crafters alike.
12. HEART WHEEL DOILY
The Heart Wheel Doily pattern is just perfect to stitch up some love! This one is interesting because it combines filet crochet technique with the usual doily design. I love filet crochet because of its grid-like pattern, and I was glad to learn how to add it the the classic round doily design.
